Exfoliator we recommend 3 times a week. Apply to damp skin. Massage gently. Rinse thoroughly.

Moisturiser we recommend applying to dry clean skin morning and night. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Perfect alone, under SPF or your fragrance of choice
