Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order - clearly, simply, and with your expectations in mind.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST, excluding public holidays.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (sales, public holidays, or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Delivery Timeframes
Australia:
Estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days. If you are classified as super regional, the delivery may be extended by 1-3 days.
International:
Times vary between location and range from 4-14 business days. Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local authorities for applicable fees.
Unfortunately there are some things ESHU can't control such as extreme weather, strikes, if items are left in a unsecure place. However ESHU will also use reputable delivery and transport firms to expediate your ESHU products as quickly as possible.
If you feel inclined to put in a large order (more than 10 units) or you need help with the shipping please contact hello@eshuskincare.com BEFORE placing the order. Unfortunately once the order is place, we will be unlikely to change the shipping instructions.
Free Shipping
- We may offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over a certain price. This will be clearly stated in the shopping cart. We are very conscious of the cost of international shipping. Where possible ESHU has reduced the shipping cost you will pay.
- ESHU may decide from time to time to offer free or discounted shipping promotions - be sure to sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at hello@eshuskincare.com
Delivery Issues & Delays
- If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.
- We cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at checkout — please double-check before placing your order.
Public Holidays
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Australian national or state-specific public holidays.
- In these cases, your order will be processed on the next available business day.
Eshu Returns & Refund Policy
At ESHU, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. If something’s not right, we want to fix it — quickly and fairly.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of personal care products and their 4-week usage period, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging,
- Includes proof of purchase,
- Has not been tampered with or tested.
To start a return, contact us at hello@eshuskincare.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Returns must be approved by ESHU, in writing, before shipping. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Important: Once opened or used, our products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons — unless the product is faulty or not as described.
If you return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Without compromise, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be invalid for any compensation (monetary or otherwise) under this policy. ESHU reserves the right to dispose of any products returned without authorisation and without compensation to the sender.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 2 days. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Australian customers are protected under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your right to a remedy if the product is faulty or not as described.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened personal care items,
- Items returned without prior authorisation,
- Sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
